All of our products are custom made to order. Because of this, sales are final and not eligible for refunds once production begins.

Cancellations may be made within 24 hours of deposit if production has not started, minus a 5% processing fee. After production begins, deposits are non-refundable.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery. We will repair or replace the affected product at no cost. Photo documentation is required.

Natural wood variations in grain, color, and movement are not considered defects. 

Non-custom (prefab) products, if applicable, may be returned unused within 7 days with a 20% restocking fee.

We ship all eligible items via FedEx Ground service unless otherwise specified at checkout. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on size, weight, and destination.

Most custom orders require production lead time before shipping, which will be provided at the time of order. Delivery time reflects shipping transit only, not production time.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to monitor delivery. We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or shipping issues once the order is in transit, but we will assist with claims when possible.

Some oversized or custom-built items may require freight shipping, local delivery, or pickup, and will not ship via FedEx Ground.
